On Tuesday, Alek Manoah was beginning his second recreation since getting back from a minor league demotion again in June. After Manoah walked Trent Grisham, pitching coach Walker visited the mound to speak to his pitcher. Moore walked to the mound not moments later then ejected Walker for one thing that was stated throughout the dialog. The strangest half? No matter was stated between Walker and Manoah, Moore clearly didn’t prefer it. Given the context that Moore missed a strike three name earlier on within the at-bat towards Grisham, it’s extremely possible Walker was objecting to the umpire’s ruling and that obtained him tossed.
